Key Responsibilities: - Perform requirement gathering, analyse AS-IS business process flows and deliver to-be flows basis stakeholder discussions - Develop business case for the program and assist in tracking benefits post implementation - Support with all BA ceremonies in AGILE delivery working environment - Create the business requirement document and functional specifications document - Develop use cases, flowcharts, requirement traceability matrix, business process descriptions and wireframes for easy understanding of developers and QA team - Prepare roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business flows for product development - Create and maintain product backlogs, prioritize backlogs to deliver business value, mitigate risks, and manage change requests - Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions - Tracking against activity or milestone completion and escalate variance to programme / project plan (in accordance with agreed escalation process) - Project status reporting (where required) - Support readiness decisions and follow up actions from programme / project tollgates Technical Experience: - Hands on BA Experience in Position management, Deal capture interfaces, Counter party risk management, Settlement instruction management, payment message formatting (Swift/DDA/Fedwire, etc.), FX Journal/General Ledger, Payment netting (bilateral/multilateral/CLS), Nostro/Vostro account management - Should have experience in Outright, swap and same currency transfer transaction capture, User specified or bank repetitive settlement instructions, Front-office rate interception based on custom business rules, Support for wire payments and customer-site draft printing. Skills and Experience : Credentials to qualify - Bachelor's degree(minimum) / MBA from Premiere/Tier1 B-schools(preferred). - Minimum experience of 5+ years as Business Analyst. - Experience in Banking/Payments program delivery/Payments advisory/IT & Operations engagements. - Career background with any top financial services consulting firms or leading financial institutions (Banks, Clearing Agents or NBFC) or IT services firms supporting banking clients. - BA certification - CSPO, CBAP, CSM (value-add) - SAFe Agile certification (value-add) Location: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune Notice Period: Immediate (Must)/Within 30 days (Preferred)
