EY - Consultant/Manager - SAP FI/CO

- Were looking for SAP senior Consultant lead position with expertise in FI/CO to join the group of our Team.

Your key responsibilities :

- Understand the client environment

- Drive client workshops to understand the As-Is End to End business processes, perform gap analysis, come up with the To-Be process recommendations and prepare the business requirements documentations (BRDs)

- Prepare Solution Blueprints, Functional specifications, System configuration guide, Review implementation plans, Creation of User Acceptance Test plans, Training and knowledge transfer, Assess Go Live readiness

- Should be able to provide necessary guidance to client in improving the maturity of the process and IT landscape

- Develop new services and solutions that EY could consider for client and market penetrations

- Enable the leadership on go to market and sales activities

- Travel to MENA client locations on short notice for leading/supporting Tax technology transformation consulting engagements

Skills and attributes for success :

- Experience in preparing Business Requirements Documentation and Solution Blueprints

- Have performed Business Impact Analysis and Due Diligence Assessments

- Experience in coordinating with the client and SAP System Implementation vendor teams

- Ability to conduct training for audience ranging from end user to top management

- Manage project and ensure quality of deliverables

- Must have flair in understanding new technologies

- Project management skills including Agile methodologies, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- A bachelor's or master's degree

- 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO

- General Ledger in addition to at least 3 of the accompanying capacities: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, Management Accounting

- Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM

- Experience in SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) is an asset

- 7+ years of experience in the field of Taxation, Accounting and Auditing

- Understanding of Tax Laws and Legislations

- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred

- A valid passport for travel

Ideally, youll also have :

- MBA/ /B Tech /B Sc (any stream)

- SAP FI/CO Certification

- Working experience with clients in the Middle East/GCC Region
