EY - Public Financial Management System Role

EY is looking for a Public Financial Management System professional in Lucknow with Graduation in any Technology with MBA / Masters in any discipline 3+ and years of experience in government financial management

Systems Deliverables :

- Public administration, human resources management, civil services reform and capacity building

- Large scale budget preparation, budget execution, and budget oversight, including modeling for receipts, annual revenues, forecasting, projections, and cash forecasting

- Procurement reform

- IT for PFM, IFMIS (Integrated Financial Management Information Systems), Government Financial Management Information Systems (GFMIS)

Domain Experience in Rural Development / Panchayati Raj and SBM is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

3 Years + Experience in leading large-scale IT Projects. Expertise in Public Financial Management Systems (PFMS) domain. Advance excel skills. Knowledge of financial Applications, Govt Consulting, and Program Management. Strong communication & writing skills.

Domain Experience in Rural Development / Panchayati Raj and SBM is an added advantage.
