Your key responsibilities :

- Perform requirement gathering, analyze As-Is business process flows and deliver To-Be flows basis stakeholder discussions

- Develop business case for the program and assist in tracking benefits post implementation

- Create the business requirement document and functional specifications document

- Develop use cases, flowcharts, requirement traceability matrix, business process descriptions and wireframes for easy understanding of developers and QA team

- Prepare roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business flows for product development

- Create and maintain product backlogs, prioritize backlogs to deliver business value, mitigate risks, and manage change requests

- Participate in test planning and execution, defect reporting and tracking, and UAT along with project plan estimation with internal stakeholders

- Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions

- Tracking against activity or milestone completion and escalate variance to programme / project plan (in accordance with agreed escalation process)

- Project status reporting (where required)

- Support readiness decisions and follow up actions from programme / project tollgates

Experience: Must have 8+ of total experience (with extensive experience as a business analyst)

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

- Minimum 8 years of total experience (with 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services domain - Retail/ Corporate/ Asset Management/ Payments/ Credit Cards/ Investment Banking/ Wealth Planning)

- Bachelor's degree (minimum)

- Experience in Agile/Scrum

- Manage large scale digital transformation (Process digitization/ migration, operating transformation, implementation of digital initiatives, etc.)

- Knowledge of high-level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/design and high-level functional systems design (for example, use cases)

Good to have:

- Experience working with Global Banks/other geographies

- Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, CSM, SAFe, Prince 2, PMP
