EY - Business Analyst - Cross Border Payments - Financial Services (8-16 yrs)

Pune/Bangalore/Delhi NCR Job Code: 1122705

- Perform requirement gathering, analyse as-Is business process flows and deliver to-be flows basis stakeholder discussions

- Develop business case for the program and assist in tracking benefits post implementation

- Create the business requirement document and functional specifications document

- Develop use cases, flowcharts, requirement traceability matrix, business process descriptions and wireframes for easy understanding of developers and QA team

- Prepare roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business flows for product development

- Create and maintain product backlogs, prioritize backlogs to deliver business value, mitigate risks, and manage change requests

- Participate in test planning and execution, defect reporting and tracking, and UAT along with project plan estimation with internal stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree (minimum), MBA from tier-1 B-School preferred

- Has significant experience in the payments project delivery in the following areas:

ACH, Cross-Border, SWIFT, ISO20022, ISO15022, SEPA

Card: Credit, online/ offline debit, virtual, prepaid, ATM, merchant acquiring/issuing, payment networks (Visa/ MasterCard)

Bill payment, mobile payments, P2P transfer

- Experience in Agile/Scrum

- Experience in assisting payments

Good to have:

- Experience working with Global Banks/ other geographies

- Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, CSM, SAFe, Prince 2, PMP

Notice Period: Candidate should be available to join within a 60-day notice period. Immediate joiners with 30-day notice period are preferred
