Job description:

Experience - 2-10 Yrs Relevant

Skills - BA/ PMO with Digital Transformation/ Payments

Job Location - Mumbai.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Techno-functional experience and expertise in Digital & Platforms (Digital Banking, eCom, FinTech, Ecosystem Partnerships, Mobile App Development, API Banking, Banking-as-a-Service, D2C, UI/UX, Digital Lending, InsurTech, Payments, Cards, Business Process Design)

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies in BFSI value chain

- Proficiency in understanding business requirements, preparation of Requirement Specification, Functional Specification & Solution Design documents; Gap Analysis; Test Management & Execution

- Expertise in Project/Programme Management & Governance across large-scale BFSI digital transformation programmes; Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Agile Tools & Methodologies, Advanced Excel data model preparation & modelling

- Make executive presentations, documentation and monitoring artifacts for steering committees or project sponsors

- Articulate cutting-edge thought leadership reports on latest industry trends

- Partner closely with other members of project teams including the representatives from vendors and client organizations to ensure a successful project delivery

- Should have done few client-facing delivery engagements in India / Overseas

- Should not have any travel constraints in India & Globally for short and long term Projects

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Engineering/ MCA graduate (must) along with MBA/ MS degree (preferred) from premier institutes

- 2-15 years in Digital/Technology consulting or project delivery initiatives across Banking/NBFC/Insurance/Capital Markets/Payments/FinTechs

- Strong experience in building and driving technology solutions for BFSI organizations with engineering and development teams of BFSI organizations/FinTechs/IT Companies/System Integrators

- Experience in driving large-scale transformation project execution

- Can manage client expectations and demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge

You'll also have :

- Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to come up innovative ideas / workarounds for complex business requirements

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
