The candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in front-end investment banking in Retail &amp; Consumer Products or Industrials space Hands-on experience across the deal life-cycle - from deal origination, sourcing, execution,valuation, due diligence and closure Responsibilities: - Execution of transactions including identifying buyers / targets - Preparation of detailed collateral including pitch presentations, information memorandum and management presentations - Building complex financial models including valuation analysis, financial projections - Researching market intelligence and developments to identify potential business opportunities - Performing in-depth industry and company research using internal databases and public sources - Interacting with clients, potential investors, legal firms and due diligence agencies for closures Skills Required -&nbsp; - Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Valuation Drivers - Good understanding of the overall transaction process including financial modeling and valuation, term sheets, diligence and definitive documentation - Strong communication skills
