EY is looking for prospective candidates for the role of Associate Consultant and Consultant in Technology Consulting for an engagement that primarily aims to:

Ensure all the citizen services offered by the government are effectively imparted in a transparent and fair manner

Strengthen the connection between the citizens and the various government departments

Your key responsibilities specific to Engagement:

- Conduct research on research on nationwide and global best practices regarding governance

- Assessments of the current governance methods

- Identify areas of improvement for Departments

- Prepare reports, data analysis and presentations for the cause

- Travel to various districts with officials to coordinate with the Government Departments

- Assessments of the IT systems, software and e-Governance initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. / MBA Graduate with 1-3 years of work experience

- Preferably local candidates

- Comfortable in handling IT systems and software

- Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi (Writing & Reading)

- Experience on working with GPS clients on one or more of the following areas is a plus:

- IT Program Management, IT Strategy, IT Solutioning and Architecture, IT Roadmap

o Process Re-engineering

o Prior experience in premium IT organization is a plus

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
