We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, 100day planning, integration process support, carve-out/stand-alone costs assessment and risks, and cost reduction.

- Value creation team supports projects including deal origination meeting decks, capital agenda infopacks/opportunity paper decks, value creation opportunity packs, industry insight packs, divestiture opportunity decks, thought leadership packs and idea generation support, working with EY regional PPEDs/Sector fraternity and Account teams for preparing - go to market- materials and thought capitals for strategic C-suite conversations.

- The main objective of role is to lead set of consulting professionals and provide strategical insights in delivery of - go to market- pitches including origination packs, industry analysis and thought leadership paper. The incumbent is expected to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key sector leaders and EY Account leads.

- Sector expertise required in one or more sectors: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, TMT, Consumer & Retail, Industrials & Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Private Equity or Infrastructure.

- Evaluate Digital Strategies and Transformation opportunities across sectors.

- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A. Finance transformation of a business. Revisioning the finance function to align with the overall company strategy

- Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
