The opportunity We are looking for Assistant Manager with expertise in Zero Based Budgeting/Cost Reduction/Financial Advisory/Business Planning/ Budgeting/Management Consulting. Candidates having experience in Consumer Goods/Retail will be preferred. Your key responsibilities - Own and create client's spend visibility across packages and sub-packages - Develop budgeting process (Design package/sub-package drivers/P- Qs, design budgeting tools) - Help clients and/or EYP teams to get up to speed on concept of ZBB by giving trainings - Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive benchmarking support on cases across geographies and industries - Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation - Build relationships with EY offices across the globe and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products - Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings - Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues - Create work products documenting the engagement procedures performed against objectives - Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals EY - Strategy and Transaction - TSE - Assistant Manager - Assist Partners and Senior Managers on proposals and new business opportunities. - Experience in ZBB/Financial planning and analysis/Cost Reduction. - Possess financial analysis experience - Proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams and ensures quality work delivery (proficiency across Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, VBA and other data analysis/visualization tools) - Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail Sector - Proficient in Primary Research, Secondary Research and Benchmarking. - Experience in identifying value/savings levers across major G&amp;A cost buckets
