JD AM Recruitment:

Job purpose:

- Manage Hiring for one(or maybe 2) service line

- Engage with the hiring managers to plan and fill the requirements

- Preparing recruitment strategy for any new project

- Budget vs actual recruitment plan and close positions within TAT

- Hire according to Budget of each department

Requirement:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in lateral hiring

- Graduate(any discipline)/MBA(preferred)

- Candidate should have handled hardcore recruitment profile for not less than 6 years with minimum 1 year of -consulting hiring experience

- Should have good hiring exposure using various tools Naukri, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referral etc

- Must have exposure towards data analytics and market intelligence.

- Minimum 1 year of experience on an applicant tracking system(eg. Taleo)
