Job Description
- Responsible for planning and delivering the service line specific campus hiring strategy
- Maintaining a round the year sustainable campus relationship model across the pre campus, on campus and post campus phase.
- Managing execution of all branding programs & engagement initiatives across campuses and building on to more such initiatives for EY to be considered as an employer of choice amongst the target group of talent.
- Will be responsible for delivering as per plan for the entire campus cycle delivery as per scheduled timelines.
- Will be responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of graduate and post graduate colleges
- Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels catering to multiple agendas and meeting demanding time frames.
- Will be required to undertake extensive travel through the year for campus hiring activities as well as for branding activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Team management skills
- Strong planning & project management skills.
- Proficient in MS office, proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Taleo etc.
- Strong networking and relationship development skills both with internal as well as external stakeholders and partners.
- Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding.
- Ability to prioritize in a fluid, fast paced environment on a need basis.
Education :
- Graduate or PG with 7-8 years of overall experience and atleast 5 years of campus hiring experience
- Exposure to professional services firms is an advantage, though the lack of it will not be a deal breaker for a bright candidate
