The EY GDS SaT Economic Advisory team is seeking an experienced Economic sector professional with exceptional modelling analysis to join our team. The individual will support engagements and business development initiatives in the transport, health and power and utilities sectors. A key part of the role will be to maintain strong communication with the practice offices and keep them informed of our evolving service offerings in order to drive growth, and willingness to understand the local policy and market environment of client offices they serve. - Leading and managing engagements related to Economic Advisory - Plan and scope projects manage stakeholders - Responsible for demand generation for projects for allocated regions - Identifying new services within business and working with partners and senior managers on learning and piloting activities from GDS - Manage/handle multiple requests at a time and guide team members accordingly - Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery - Building relationships with EY offices across the globe, demonstrating knowledge of regional practices business and developing open communication channels. - Responsible for growing/managing a region from a revenue perspective (targets) - Leading engagement delivery and BD support related engagements for various practice offices - Be responsible for leading client interactions, maintaining an exceptional quality of deliverables, building relationships and support onshore practices in generating new business within the transport, health and human services (healthcare, urban development, education and tourism) and power &amp; utilities . - Assist the practice offices with all forms of high-quality deliverables such as : a. Policy Conceptualization and Understanding b. Macro-Economic or micro economic analysis c. Desktop sector research and other adhoc requests - Assist the practice offices with high quality business development support including: a. Proposal preparation support b. Benchmarking studies across key indicators. Familiarity with a broad base of statistical and analytics tools as below and expertise in a few of them : a. Tools like Eviews, SPSS etc b. Analytics Platforms (R, SAS) c. Data Management (Excel, SQL, Alteryx)
