EY - Applications Consultant - Emerging Technology

Essentials (prerequisites):

- Technical bent of mind - understanding of emerging technologies and their real world applications

- Ability to build and conceptualize strong and cogent point of views

- Willingness to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners and cross functional team members)

- Flexibility to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

- Experience with conceptualization and ideation.

Job Description:

- Putting together market and client facing content - e.g. Business collaterals, Credentials, Proposals etc.

- Research to support leadership in collating thought capital, whitespaces and tracking key trends in the industry

- Articulation of white papers, articles, points of view

- Workshops facilitation

- Client (internal and external) interaction for Business Development - Concept selling for emerging technology use cases

Expectations at this level :

- Technology Consulting background (preferably with experience in)

- Structuring / articulating internal strategy approaches, point of views or developing content for taking offerings to market

Business development:

- Ability to contextualize and articulate use cases from the industry perspective

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

Workshop facilitation :

- Experience of conceptualizing and preparing content for leadership workshops

- Supporting the leadership team to develop content for virtual and physical workshops

People Management:

- Be a strong team player

- Understanding of people dynamics

- Client service delivery/execution

- Experience in working on client-facing engagements, while this will not be a core element of the role, this experience would be helpful

Other Requirements:

- Academic Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech.+ MBA (preferably from IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background

- Relevant experience of upto 4 years post MBA

- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
