Job Role : Client Responsibilities : - Increase the penetration of baseline analytics, sector specific custom and advanced analytics within audit team - Create audit analytics plan for select accounts based on discussion with audit teams. - Review framework or solution created to address audit objectives. - Gather and compile data using various data collection techniques in response to data calls/requests - Oversee data reconciliation procedures to confirm completeness of extracted data. - Oversee data transformation, profiling and data analysis and be able to assist juniors/audit team in understanding the data. - Review queries or algorithms used to perform data analysis as per audit objective. - Review documentation explaining queries and algorithms created by team members. - Review final analysis results or output files in visual dashboards. - Review work products and ensure same adhere to EY quality standards. People Responsibilities : - Develop team members through supervision, coaching and mentoring. - Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback of team members. - Contribute to people-related initiatives such as recruiting, retaining and training team members - Maintain an education program to continually develop personal skills and team member skills.
