EY is looking for an Agile Coach to deliver critical engagements for its Tier 1 Clients Skillset: - Candidate will need to Work in a client facing environment working with teams coaching/ mentoring and executing Agile projects as a project manager, carrying out agile transformation assignments in this role. - Strong experience Coaching large enterprise teams in the Agile transformation journey - Should have delivered atleast 3-4 Agile transformations in his / her experience - Strong communication and negotiation skills are needed - the candidate will have to work with clients in mentoring / coaching teams in Agile execution - 10-14 yrs experience as Agile Coach and Scrum Master Note: This is a contract Position for 1 Year. ( Extendible ) Salary Range: 14-20 LPA on Contract. MBA Full time Candidates From Tier1/2 Preferred for this role.
