Job purpose - The incumbent is responsible for leading a team of Analysts &amp; Senior Analysts and monitors the Invoicing, Collection and Cash Application process for the Global entities. Your client responsibilities: - Responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT) &amp; accuracy - Responsible for billing and invoicing to customers - Responsible for Revenue reconciliations and revenue accounting - Responsible for month end closing of accounts - Responsible for debtors- reconciliation - Provide support to the audit process - Ensure to provide regular reports to the leadership team and work on ad-hoc reports - Identify and implement process improvement ideas - Responsible for Dispute resolution process - Responsible for preparation of KPI Files, - Responsible for ensuring Cash application activities are completed on time - Responsible for working on various Projects (Team's Internal Initiatives) - Responsible for Preparing High-Level Analysis report for the Leadership - Gaining business knowledge from the clients and sharing with the team, resulting in improved client satisfaction. - Overall analysis/ Comparatives/ KPIs/ Dash boards - Review and delivery of high level reports to EYG Leadership on a monthly/ Ad-hoc basis - Responsible for delivery of monthly management reports - Responsible to ensure that process knowledge &amp; business knowledge sharing is done with all new incumbents in the entire accounting &amp; reporting team. Your people responsibilities: As a Supervisor and team leader you will: - Counsel and mentor team members - Manage performance through training, coaching and regular feedback - Responsible for performance management and appraisals of the team - Work under pressure, managing absenteeism, attrition, and people issues - Handle internal escalation as well as escalation from other teams in Global Shared Services regarding people issues or client issues. - Identify the training gaps and coach team members - Develop back up plan and focus on cross training the team - Conduct one on one meeting with each team member at regular intervals - Ensure the career development plan for each team member has adhered - Ensuring proper Teaming and understanding within the Team Members Competencies / Skills: - MS Office, especially Excel - Self-starter - Team Player - Effective time and priority management - The range of experience on analysis, reporting, and planning - Good analytical skills and aptitude for working with numbers - Good Communication skills Qualifications&nbsp;: CA or CA - Inter/ ICWA/ M.Com with Experience Experience&nbsp;: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience desirable Salary offered : 5 - 11 LPA
