Job Description : - Having hands on experience on you tube channel management, video advertisement, video&nbsp;strategy. - Individual will be responsible for the account operations, optimization and coordination and helping Extramarks in achieving audience &amp; viewership growth on month on month basis. - Optimization of metadata (title, Description, Tags, Thumbnail etc.) must be done on regular basis to maximize monetization &amp; growth of channels. - Will be responsible for strategizing and managing Omni-channel branding, media, marketing and communication strategies. Bringing in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives. - Have primary and direct responsibility for developing strategies to scaleup website traffic and app downloads/ registrations - Improve Lead generation mechanisms through SMM, SEM and Affiliate marketing using paid and organic channels. - Develop strategies to drive online traffic to our website and App including overall SEO &amp; ASO strategy. - Should be able to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities. - Enhance reach using organic channels, content and video marketing channels - Should be able to grow the Company's customer base and increase engagement on existing&nbsp;properties; develop new and innovative digital brand experiences to engage customers. - Will be required to deal with external media agency(ies) relationships for all key channels. Handling&nbsp;overall responsibility of agencies regarding digital aspects of marketing. - Coordinate with Product development to design focus studies and multi factor experiments such as A/B Tests to capture customer insight and enhance product efficacy. - Work concurrently with the product teams to ensure marketing readiness of the upcoming products and work towards an integrated communication strategy to define benchmarks/ USP for products. - Measure impact/costs and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals&nbsp;(ROI and KPIs). - Analysis of digital impact of the non-digital media campaigns and optimize the said non-digital&nbsp;campaigns towards acquisition and revenue growth. - Should be able to develop the annual digital marketing budgeting process and monthly/weekly/daily performance analysis and forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. - In partnership with brand marketing, technology teams, strategize and lead large-scale, multichannel, 360 degree acquisition campaigns - potentially with third-party partners. Qualifications &amp; Experience : - MBA from Tier 1 college with focus on marketing / digital marketing or equivalent - Atleast 0-1+ years of working experience in marketing &amp; strategy with exposure to all aspects of&nbsp;ATL, BTL &amp; digital marketing and coordinating high impact brand campaigns. - Ability of managing projects on-time and in budget in a fast-paced environment - Experience in digital marketing initiatives and developing, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to meet organizational goals. - Preference to those with hands on experience on applications like Google Analytics, Social Media analytics, Drupal, WordPress, Marketo (or other lead management systems) and SEO Systems or similar digital marketing systems. - Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams and handle large multi stakeholder digital marketing projects. - Hands on experience at creating brand strategy, integrated marketing communication, digital asset development and campaign execution in a challenging and dynamic environment is a plus.
