Extramarks - Content Solution Designer (1-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Content creation for sales and skill development programs
2. Drafting and designing sales training presentations and sales solutions
3. Creating Sales solution framework with team
4. Ability to do market and content research, design, develop solutions
5. Creating sales effectiveness framework and sale pitch, sales tools and sales content for training
6. End to end training solution creation, tools, learning content, methodology, implementation and monitoring effectiveness
Key Skills and Experience:
- 1 Year' Experience in Sales (B2B or B2C) and minimum 5 years' experience in sales or skills training solution designing
- Preferably from edtech space in content creation, designing sales or skill building solutions.
- Familiarity with edtech, sales and skill development/training industry.
- High-level training solution, training module, training tools, training workbook, content designing & development skills
- Ability to present ideas, frameworks in a clean and structured manner using ppt and various content tools, excel, Prezi.
- Good communication skills - writing and speaking
- Excellent in creating roadmaps, methodologies, solutions on excel, ppt and video based content
