Role And Responsibilities : - Creating world's first global comprehensive finance curriculum for kid's (K12) - The candidate will be responsible for developing the curriculum grade vision and course plan to build deep finance skills - They should be able to design and test well structured detailed lesson plan for each class - Each class should be able to provide unique experience to every kid's - They have to clearly define outcomes and assessment methodologies for the class - They should be create subject knowledge documents for teachers - Their responsibility includes training teachers to deliver exceptional learning to kid's - Identifying areas for curricular or instructional change, working closely with the teacher and kid's community is also an important part of the job Qualification And Experience : - MBA in finance - At least 1 year's of experience in teaching Key Skills : - Strong written as well as verbal English communication skills - Strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in finance - Learning attitude - Ability to adopt change quickly - Only apply if you are living in Pune and are passionate to work with startup Salary offered: 14-30LPA
