Job Description :
- The Operational Excellence Consultant imparts an environment of continuous improvement and drives best practices. The Consultant fully and consistently integrates best practices into all operations with our client. The Consultant will work to help define and refine in the strategic plan for assigned accounts and focus on achieving best practices.
- The OpX Consultant will also take an active role in implementations. Typically the OpX Consultant will manage the Change Management workstream and will also manage the Operations workstream. They will also act as - Implementation Manager- on new engagements frequently when the implementation group is under-resourced. This role should be viewed as a rapid stepping stone to advancement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :- Must have the desire and aptitude to accept and succeed with complex challenges on the global stage
- Build strong and effective working partnerships with key client stakeholders.
- Build strong and effective working partnerships with client leaders within Operations, Implementation.
- Develop and implement an approach to continuous improvement throughout the projects
- Drive operational assessment program and conduct validation assessments as needed
- Provide assessment results and gap analysis.
- Determine a root cause analysis in order to strategically solve complex problems in order to improve the process
Qualification :
- 7+ years of FMCG manufacturing excellence experience
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 70%)
- Ability to engage and present to executive-level leadership both internally and externally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform effectively with limited detail while pursuing a specific business objective
