Role Summary -&nbsp; - Accountable for developing a strategy for the international markets, with a focus on expanding products portfolio in Middle East, LatAm, African and SE Asian Market - Driving profitable growth while delivering a broad and deep relationship with our key accounts, ensuring a longer term strategic relationship is maintained Key accountabilities/responsibilities -&nbsp; - Develop the organization, systems and processes for business/sales development and converting Key Accounts from Awareness to partnership - Develop strategic commercial plans in terms of defining key markets, target accounts and contribution followed by implementing a program for outreach, conversion and sales fulfilment - Developing and maintaining long term strategic relationships with key customers - Engaging in tri-partite relationships with agents and shippers to deliver value add services to bolster company's position as a supplier - Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support our current product portfolio but lead the business in improving those products and developing new ones. - Prepare bespoke strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties - Driving sales contribution and developing capabilities with the Sales Development, Key Account Management and Bidding team. Role Demands (travel): Occasional Travel is required Essential - 15+ yrs. of Work Experience with relevant exposure in a product-based organization in developed markets and/or LatAm region - Established relationship network within Buyers of Electrical Products and Services - Proven leadership experience in managing export teams and growing sales within the Electrical Equipment Industry Desirable Preferable if worked in product segment with organisations like CG, ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Alstom, Cummins, 3M etc., Education - BE / B Tech with MBA
