Job Responsibilities - 

- Manage end  to end analytics projects including business requirement analysis, define scope, solution design, technology framework, development, testing and delivery.

- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, scheduling & assignment of resources and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

- Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.

- Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

Required Experience - 

- Overall relevant experience of 4+ years

- Experience of leading/working in at least two analytics projects

Technical Skills - 

- Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Linear Programming.

- Data Analysis and forecasting using MySQL/Excel/R.

- Experience on IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization studio IDE /ARENA /similar tools

- Strong consulting experience across industries.

Required Skills - 

- Excellent problem-solving skills to structure relevant analytical solutions

- Hands on experience in mathematical modeling.

- Strong mathematical, statistical knowledge

- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and project management

- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts/technologies in time intensive environment

- Good collaboration and communication skills

- Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability

Education - BE/MBA/PG with good academic credentials
