Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives. 3. Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel. 4. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions. 5. Designing training curricula within time constraints 6. Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) 7.Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses. Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role 2. Experience in a sales position is a plus 3. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning 4. Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms 5. Excellent organizational skills 6.
