Roles and Responsibilities :

- As the Head of Engineering of the Company.

1. Managing technical development team

2. Working in close coordination with the Co-founders of the company to implement various business related objectives of company.

3. Working with Product Team/ Sales Team to make both the ends of business meet

4. Ensuring best of design processes to ensure better user experience, higher engagements and root cause elimination of technical issues.

5. Work with the technical team on MERN Stack & React Native to build Web Application & Mobile Application for the organization.

Requirements :

1. Total experience of 10+ years, with preferably at least 3 years with fast-growing startup, EdTech, social network ventures.

2. Leadership experience managing 20+ member team but ready to code himself/herself to take the idea from growth stage to explosive (viral) stage while building the team

3. Tech Stack (Node.js, React Native, React.js, AWS, MongoDB)

4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

5. B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech Computer Science from top Engineering college (IITs / NITs/ BITS, Pilani / DTU, Delhi / CoE, Pune / IIIT, Hyderabad)

Salary : Market Competitive + ESOPS
