Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Establishing a cadence of Budgeting/Planning & Forecasting cycle.

2. Manage general ledger/MIS, book closures on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis; including the AP/AR, Taxes, Compliances etc.

3. Assess & represent Timely completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits of company & promoters to comply with direct and indirect tax.

4. Managing treasury, insurance & cash funds for the company on a consolidated basis to optimizing, judiciously investing in CAPEX & Asset Management.

5. Managing the Commercial; Sourcing/Procurement; Vendor relationship and Contracting process.

6. Update Monthly P&L with projected quarterly cash flow to the board and ensure proper working capital management.

7. Identifying and preparing the Company for changes arising out any changes in Law or Accounting Principles Practices.

8. Prepare new business plan for Investor Pitch & Taking care of investor reporting, investor relation and compliance.

9. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analytics to facilitate business decision-making.

10. Articulating SOP Manuals to Ensure the compliance of various statutes, and developing robust internal control processes in coordination with operations team.

Prerequisites and Qualifications :

1. Overall 6-10 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounting (Education background - CA/CFA/MBA, Finance from a Tier 1 & 2 institutes // CA/CFA - cleared )

2. Experience of managing finance & accounts for an established startup with proven track record would be an added advantage High Confidence in external stakeholder management
