About the Position -&nbsp; Business Heads tasks involve managing a team whose job is to bring business by getting more clients. Business heads are very important for the success of a business and its ability to gain market share. Business heads also play a significant role in strategy and how the business is run. They engage with all the senior stakeholders and keep them in the loop regarding any developments. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Generate employment opportunities for AII students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships. 2. Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals. 3. Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers. 4. Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as the annual Career and Internship job fair. 5. Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments and all college stakeholders. 6. Contact business and industry to develop reciprocally beneficial partnerships for placement, internships and job shadowing opportunities. 7. Develop an active on-campus business and industry presence. Schedule and coordinate campus recruitments. 8. Maintain Industry database(s). Maintain student files as needed. Submit monthly report. 9. Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest groups to students, alumni, faculty, and staff as needed. 10. Work with outside organizations to set up different training sessions required to enhance employability of the students. 11. Attend seminars and professional events for professional development &amp; networking. 12. Other related duties as assigned. Preferred Skill Sets: 1. 3+ Years of EdTech Experience 2. Graduated from Tier I / II - is a plus 3. Experience in training and placement is a plus Who can Apply : 1.
