- Design, Develop & Deliver skill development regime for teachers that works at scale to improve K-8 pedagogy and learning outcomes.
- Create and oversee the implementation of a teacher assessment and certification programme.
- Observing lessons and identifying teachers strengths and weakness. Providing feedback, advice, and improvement path for teachers.
- Independently manage and execute the regime and calendar entire training process, selection process, and certification (along with relevant people in business and HR)
- Keeping abreast of developments in teaching techniques and skilling, especially online teaching.
- Meet customers, students, parents to understand the evolving needs to ensure the teacher development programs are relevant or ahead of the needs.
- A total of 10 years with minimum of 5 years experience in teacher training & development.
- Experience of development of international (US/Europe/East-Asia) teachers a must.
- Master's degree in Education or the subject discipline.
- In depth understanding of teacher development programmes, methods, challenges, and best-practices.
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Must be tech-savy.
