Expert - Talent Acquisition - Higher Education Consulting Firm (5-10 yrs)
TA Expert - Higher Education consulting
About Client: Our Client is a growing firm in the foreign education consulting space, looking to hire TA Expert. This is a Mumbai based role reporting into the Head HR.
Your roles and responsibilities will be:
- Enable the business to achieve its expansion objective through fulfilling its human capital need
- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line
- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
As a successful candidate:
- You come with minimum 5-8 years of strong TA experience in non-tech hiring space such as sales, counsellors, and operations (Technology and Marketing)
- This is an Individual contributor role
- Candidates with Start-up background in contemporary sector like EdTech industry will be preferred
