Senior Tableau Consultant / Expert

We are looking for data visualization consultants (- Tableau Zen Masters / Jedis- ). Successful candidates will work as a part of or lead a team of Tableau consultants and help setup our Tableau offshore Center of Excellence.

As we help our clients target, measure and improve mission-critical business metrics and generate demonstrable return on investment, our data visualization consultants enjoy a high level of responsibility and immediate client interactions. In addition to technical excellence, our consultants are expected to be excellent communicators equipped with the presentation skills to operate at an executive level.

Responsibilities :

- Take a leading role in building our Tableau center of excellence by delivering dashboarding and visualization requirements at various clients

- Lead delivery of visualizations that are in scope of the team in a timely and efficient manner

- Liaise with the onsite team and client teams in scoping the requirements and convert to a suitable visualization (that is developed over multiple, agile sprints)

- Be the single point of contact for all complex query resolution

- Provide inputs for improving dashboard performance and suggest efficient data transformations for creating dashboards

- Inculcate best practices

- Oversee the maintenance of the dashboards that have already been built

- Guide and mentor team members

Requirements :

- 2-6 years of professional work experience in Data Visualization and KPI dashboarding

- Delivery Lead experience in Visualization projects

- Deep expertise in Tableau Visualization, Admin and Publishing

- Experience working in Retail business intelligence teams. Ecommerce domain exposure is highly desirable

- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

- Good understanding of KPI reporting and performance metrics in Retail/ Ecommerce industry

- Ability to assess performance of data pipelines for latency and query run times

- Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills
