Investor relations:

- Understanding and analysing various listed client companies based on their business operations, industry analysis, financial performance, peer comparison, valuations and future growth prospects

- Creating awareness about the client companies through continuous interactions with Fund Managers and Research Analysts to achieve maximum Institutional Investments and Research Coverage

- Preparing Annual Reports, Investor Presentations, Earnings Presentations, Earnings Conference Call Highlights, Factsheets, Summary Sheets and Weekly Capital Market Reports for client companies.

- Making professional level presentations to investor community i.e. fund managers at institutional investors like mutual funds, insurance companies etc, and analysts of brokerage houses.

- Providing support for results process - with responsibility for preparing investor presentations, plus briefing materials for senior management, in particular the Q&A preparation materials and back up documentation

- Maintaining & updating all the data like Annual Report, quarterly results, presentations, shareholding pattern & the latest news of all listed companies into our database (Exchange Connect).

- Co-ordinated in preparation of Annual reports & Investor presentations.

- Analyzing and reporting shareholding ownership changes and providing to client companies based on investor targeting.

- Closely monitoring peer group companies - Results, Daily price movement of share, Press releases & Shareholding pattern.

- B2B lead generation for IR services, Exchange Connect Platform & Annual Report preparation. Arranging one to one meeting and conducting registration process on our EC platform. And also preparing a company specific presentation to be presented in a meeting

- Oversee all Investor Relations activities including: strategy, messaging, analyst's event; conference presentations; quarterly earnings process; and competitive analyses; annual reports; and shareholder meeting.

- Performing a range of analyses that including industrial analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation; conduct periodic meetings with investors, either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns

- Providing summary and insight into equity research reports and estimates on the company, competitors, and the industry.
