Expert - Finance & Accounting - CA

- Looking for Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified individual,

- Should have working knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS,IGAAP, India-AS and Internal financial controls (IFC) /SOX Testing.

- Prepare monthly closing/ reporting, statutory audit, cash flow forecast etc.

- Should have understanding of IFC.

- Perform Variance analysis including MD&A, Controller Deck

- Lead statutory audit of all group companies including closure of financials and consolidated financials.

- Preparation of quarterly cash flow forecast

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent on follow-up and project management.

- Ability to be an "action driver".

- High integrity.
