Responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business.

- Perform in-depth high-quality research based on client needs and vet the relevance and qualifications of recommended experts.

- Independently identify industry professionals and experts relevant to client requests/projects, pitch Nextyn's value proposition, assess their expertise and fit, and convince them to join the Nextyn network.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

- Assist Nextyn's experts with their queries and provide necessary support.

- Take ownership of assigned accounts to drive revenue growth by sourcing experts and expanding opportunities with clients.

- Collaborate with consultants and analysts to deliver optimal results for projects, keeping clients informed about project status and deliverables.

- Contact and pitch potential new experts, utilizing effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

- 0-1 years of experience working with data in a related field.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
