POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Preferred:

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas:

- Sales Transformation: Sales & channel Go-to-Market strategy, Lead to Cash, Sales operations, Sales force strategy and effectiveness, Sales automation, Sales organization design andpeople

- Service & Technology Transformation: Service strategy and revenue growth, Contact center optimization, Digital and social customer care, CRM Transformation, Omni-channel experience, Field service, Employeeengagement

Skills Preferred:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:

- Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff andmanagement;

- Researching and analyzing pertinent client , industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others.

- Demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility for personal growth and development while mentoring junior members of the team with strong attention to detail

- Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

- Leveraging customer centric solutions knowledge and skills , especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client deliverables

- Strong organizational skills , with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative,team- based environment

- Networking and relationship building with external and internal clients, industry leaders,and prospects at executive, director, and staff level

- Knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, basic visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

- Knowledge or certification in Sales / CRM specific tools like Anaplan, Apptus, Salesforce(Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant) is an added advantage

Educational Background:

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy from a premium B-School
