Experian is looking for Model Governance Specialist to be a part of our Decision Analytics team. - You will be handling the model governance function for Experian Advance analytics team. - Design appropriate reporting and develop metrics for model risk and model risk governance - Work with the model development unit to design and implement optimal validation project plans - Help design and develop firm-wide comprehensive model inventory and validation - Develop consistent approach for assessing model risk and for aggregating model risk across the company - Identify controls that ensure compliance with model risk governance framework and policies - Develop appropriate tools to monitor progress and ensure that new model risk governance is working and is effective - Successful candidates will possess a solid grasp and understanding of fundamental stages of the analytics delivery lifecycle. - Your hands-on experience on SAS &amp; Python will be the drivers for success. Skills required : - Should have 3 or more years of experience in Model Governance, Model Risk Management. - Should have strong understanding of various regulatory guidance such as Basel,, CCAR, DFAST, IFRS9, etc - A strong consulting and client solutioning experience would be beneficial - Prior experience of interacting with regulators would be an added advantage - Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate across different seniority levels - Good at multi-tasking skills. Ability to quickly assimilate &amp; comprehend information and deliver within strict deadlines - Capable of working in a dynamic &amp; rapidly changing environment. - Technical skills including knowledge of (or working experience in) object oriented languages and scripts (ex: VBA, SQL etc.)
