Prior candidate experience:
- Should have managed Digital Marketing for B2B brands for at least 4 years
- Should have managed website and social media properties of a B2B brand - content plan, calendar and creative for at least 2 years
- Should have managed Linkedin paid and organic campaigns.
- Should have prior experience in B2B lead generation campaigns on Google, Linkedin and other digital platforms
Job Description :
- Plan and manage the Digital Marketing activities independently to ensure the organization and marketing objectives are met.
- The job role requires delivery on the below key result areas in addition to other responsibilities in the Marketing function including Marketing operations
Lead generation and management :
- SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns for leads generation
- Achieve leads target for each Business Unit
- Identify buyer persona for developing campaign content and media
- Planning, executing, measuring and optimizing lead generation marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and lead funnels
- Ensure leads flow management and track it till closure
Social Media Marketing :
- Build brand Experian through social media
- Develop content strategy & plan, build social media calendar and content for Experian's social properties.
- Ensure timely content development, deployment and measurement; and develop insights that feed back into the content strategy
- Build organic followership of social properties
- Ensure engagement rate targets are achieved
- Develop content for employee advocacy
Website Management and Analytics :
- Ensure website traffic targets and other website metric targets (KPIs) are achieved
- Audit, develop and manage website content regularly
- Search Engine Optimization to ensure that organic targets are met
- Website analytics to develop user insights
- Generate regular reports, dashboards on all above measures/parameters
