This is not simply an order taking role, but rather a decision influencer accountable for the quality of hire for the brand and the overall Expedia business. Who you are : - Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects - Ability to partner both with tech and non-tech functions to successfully recruit roles right across the business - Have 4-5+ years of experience in Technical/ IT recruitment - Consultative approach with hiring managers that enables you to influence talent decisions by providing value-added recruiting advice - You can anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady pipeline of prospective talent - Experience in using data to drive decisions and build talent strategies - Hands on experience with Application Tracking System - Positive attitude when things get tricky What you'll do : - Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business - Be a part of continuous improvement initiatives focusing on key recruitment metrics - Develop and implement a variety of strategies to market the organization to potential candidates, advertise openings, and solicit qualified applicants - Ensure all candidates have a great experience with us, show casing our brand and cultural norms - Partner with other recruiters to drive pipelines, building ongoing sourcing channels - Partner with Business Leaders and with Human Resources (HR) partners to handle client relationships - Translate hiring needs into candidate generation plans, and set clear expectations for the time frame and partnership needed from the business - Advise hiring managers on strategic staffing issues including industry talent trends - Be an integral part of talent acquisition objectives and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and speed as well as continually identifying ways to improve branding and candidate experience Why join us : Expedia Group recognizes our success is dependent on the success of our people.
