The company is a leading player of chemical additive / raw materials. The company has over 20+ manufacturing locations worldwide.
The Role / Job Description:
1) Lead and manage the manufacturing operations
2) Lead the development and implementation of operational and business processes
3) Overall P&L responsibility
4) Manage the purchasing of raw materials / input cost control
5) Compliance with regulation
6) Develop and maintain a motivated team
The Candidate Details:
1) BE (Chemical) + MBA preferred
2) 15+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in chemical industries
3) The ability to quickly understand production processes, ERP systems methodology
4) Ability to understand financial statements and advanced computer skills in business applications.
5) Strong negotiation skills, with proven ability to lead and manage people and stakeholders in an international matrix reporting environment
6) Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Experience: 25 yrs to 30 yrs
