- Maintain Weekly and Monthly MIS

- Support for Transaction Management.

- Preparation of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical and market intelligence.

- Conducting Site visits to real estate options

- Lease Administration- Evaluation of documents of the property

- Maintaining and updating property tracker for leased and under acquisition properties.

- Renewals of existing leases
