Job Description : We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our team and work on a variety of projects to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Presales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities :

- Understand market dynamics, including client requirements, business models, key players, competition, and our value proposition across segments.

- Analyze client's business requirements, and develop customized proposals covering overall approach, project scope, implementation approach and solution details, execution plan, and commercials.

- Preparing presales documents like Presentations, Proposals, Quotes, Emails, Collaterals, etc.

- Helps articulate organizational credibility by sharing the right client pitch material; conveys the solution design through a compelling visual narrative.

- Ensure that the proposals and business development support material are updated and comply with the standards; also ensure that the proposal conveys our value proposition and capabilities in an accurate and best possible manner.

- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including independently liaising with all internal stakeholders and technical solution teams).

- Support the Sales Team in closures by proactively working on lead generation, reaching out to the prospects, and talking about possible solutions.

- Create templates by converting project learnings into decks that can be used for future reference.

- Identifying key trends in the market and contributing ideas to new solutions & services through intense research.

- Utilizing market/company information to develop high-quality presentations directed to prospective clientele & existing accounts to generate business.


- Strong experience of 4-8 years in IT consulting and business analysis - business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FRD and user stories.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related fields

- Must have knowledge in Blockchain, Retail & Commerce, ERP, NFT Marketplaces, other domains

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
