Job Overview:

We are currently looking to hire an energetic individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as the Head of Supply. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with vendors/suppliers in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

We are building our supply team and looking forward to working with people who envision disrupting the B2B digital services space. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving supply excellence to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities :

-
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and manage existing alliances to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration and brand visibility.

- Negotiating collaboration deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms.

- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

- Creating a structured team with defined KRA's and KPI's and managing PNL/budgets of the team.

- Manage the partnership process including but not limited to, initiation, on-boarding, and ongoing support.

- Forecast supply capabilities for onboarding new partners in sync with marketing and sales departments.

- Create and implement a monthly plan for alliances.

- Overseeing and managing overall supply chain and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

- Define and execute GTM strategy.

- Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for EMB that enables greater visibility in the market and meet high-velocity growth requirements.

- Set a long term vision on process improvements and automation required on product.

- Guide the team in vendor identification, validation for selection, and development of right vendors for supply of quality RM at the right price with reliability and sustainability.

- Responsible for development, standardization & implementation of all SOP's.

- To conduct periodic performance reviews with the team and suitably guide them for achieving the desired business results.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience in working in a fast growth company, managed team(s) in the past, have worked closely in supply roles/teams that have scaled rapidly, preferably with knowledge about industry and space of EMB (Digital Services - IT Development/Marketing)

- Excellent proficiency in Hindi & English.

- Ability to quantify even the most ambiguous problems with relevant data and right assumptions.

- Thorough understanding of industry supply chain and management, consumers and customers, product, knowledge of core principles of new product development and processes, financial acumen, executional rigour, delivering through extended teams.

- Strong analytical / conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, influencing skills, communication skills, creativity

- Excellent organisational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation/
