Expand My Business (ExMyB) is Asia's largest B2B managed marketplace for digital services. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 200+ spread across Tech, Sales,

Operations and Marketing and have served over 1200+ clients worldwide. ExMyB has already raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. ExMyB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months.

ExMyB is looking forward to building a world class platform for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several positions across multiple departments.

Responsibilities :

- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable, business opportunities in the UAE Market.

- Lead development of partnerships, alliances and new business opportunities.


- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.

- Research and prioritize leads and viable income streams, build a world-class business/sales pipeline.

- Negotiate and execute new deals.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 12 - 15 years' IT industry related business development experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Arabic

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

- Solid grasp of IT projects, how IT business models work and the latest key industry trends, etc.

Knowledge/ Skills :

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

- Excellent communication

- Senior executive presence

- Good people management skill
