Job Overview :

At Expand My Business we are looking for a Chief of Staff who will work with CEO's and Founders for the overall business strategy and growth.

Responsibilities :

- Take complete ownership of multiple high value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems.

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.

- Gather, analyze and draw valuable conclusions from the vast amount of data available and set processes to generate data as needed.

- Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation.

- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional.

-Own the CEO's agenda - ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements

- Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and act as a representative when required

- You will prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of work experience in Consulting

- MBA from a reputed college

- Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

- Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions.

- Prior experience as a Program Manager / Chief of Staff at high-growth startups is beneficial.

- Prior B2B experience is a plus value for the company.
