Job Overview

We are looking for a person to join immediately who is passionate about operations and would like to manage multiple stages of the operations pipeline. This role includes high ownership and accountability of the tasks.

- Location: Gurgaon (In-office only)

Responsibilities

- Understanding Industry & Tech-stack forte of vendors

- Ensuring that the shared commercials are in sync with the benchmark commercials that we have mapped for the solutions built by other suppliers.

- Cross Checking every project tech-stack with respect to commercials quoted by IT agencies.

- The market size of the portfolio company, team size, overall brands that the company has worked with & age of the company.

- To map the benchmark of the commercials against various categories

- Mapping team composition of IT agencies for project bandwidth projection.

Requirements

- Individuals with min 6 months of experience in IT Sales, IT Project Management

- Candidate with educational background as B-tech in CS/IT preferred

- Experience in sales/operations is an added advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented.

- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
