EXL Services - Senior Manager - Model Development

Location : Gurgaon

7 - 9 yrs Experienced in Credit card analytics, Advance SAS (Strong working knowledge and experience with SQL programming and SAS Macros)

- With good communication and presentation skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Prior experience with Risk Modeling/Collections modeling/LGD modeling/Fraud Modeling

- Experience in Logistic Regression/Linear Regression/Decision Tree/Machine Learning

- Experience in R good to have

- The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be:

- Data preparation for buildng new models, Model Re-alignment, Re-calibration

- Data exploratory analysis, Variable creation logic building

- Analytics on Credit Risk Models and Risk Management Analytics

- Project Management and Mentoring Junior members
