Job brief:
- This is an individual contributor role, who is responsible for leading 2 or more simultaneous digital transformation projects remotely.
- The digital transformation projects consist of working with multiple levers such as - Lean Six Sigma, Workflow, RPA, Content Extraction, Conversational AI, and Analytics.
- The Lifecycle of the project role will consist of Current State Mapping, Data/Trend Analysis, Opportunity Identification for multiple digital levers, To Be State Creation, Business Case and Project Management of the Execution.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Client Stakeholder Management- The candidate will be the face of the Project for the client and should have excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Team Management- The candidate will be leading cross-functional teams consisting of Business Analysts, Technical leads, Developers, Scrum Masters and Quality Analysts. He/ She will have to liaison between the client and the team to ensure time bound transformation execution.
- Multitasking and Project management- The candidate will be leading multiple projects and time management is critical for success. Understanding and executing project management (Agile methodology preferred) in past-experience is important.
- Insurance Domain understanding is important for effective solution identification, client communication and process mapping along with understanding (Good to have).
- Evidence of problem solving in past-experience, analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity will certainly help in this role.
