Technical Skills - 10+ years in Enterprise Data Management with 4-5 years as project lead - Experience of 6-8 years mandatory with Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS or Talend or similar ETL tools - Working experience at Onsite for 2+ years a definite plus - Must have 6-8 years of experience working in Onsite-Offshore model - Experience with cloud platforms would be preferred - Must have hands-on experience in working with ETL or BI tools - Advanced knowledge of ETL, including the ability to read and write efficient, robust code, follow or implement best practices and coding standards, design/implement common ETL strategies (CDC, SCD, etc.), and create reusable/maintainable jobs - Solid background in database systems (such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata) along with strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL - In depth knowledge of ETL Architecture and Administration (e.g. advanced performance tuning, distributed processing, etc.) - Advanced knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, analytic/windowing functions, and tuning. - Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices - Knowledge of Modern Data platforms including Big Data, Hadoop, NOSQL databases and streaming data Soft Skill - Experience working with multi-divisional business communities to leverage information across the enterprise to improve business effectiveness - Strong team building, interpersonal, analytical, problem identification and resolution skills - Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities - Strong written/oral communication and presentation/interpersonal skills - Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
