Role Overview:

- Consultant role to identify product & innovation opportunities in healthcare market and create technology solutions to cater the need. This role will be a mix of business knowledge along with strong technical mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with client and internal management to share highly complex information/solutions related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology/ business solutions.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA\ B.Tech in computer science, IT, Electronics with 6-9 years of relevant working experience

- Comprehensive knowledge on health care industry, products, systems, business strategies and products

- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in US healthcare domain with good understanding of different players in US healthcare market, key trends, major challenges etc.

- Experience in advisory practice of consulting firms or client facing roles (Healthcare practice will be preferred). Demonstrate ability to advise clients on healthcare best practices and business strategy.

- Developing thought leadership in solution design and delivery

- Becoming subject matter expert in Healthcare analytics

- Demonstrate Healthcare experience in Quantifying, Measuring and Analyzing Financial and Utilization Metrics of Healthcare.

- Should have good experience in Data management, statistical testing, statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, Big data and non-relational databases.

- Hands on technology experience with knowledge of (SAS,R) OR (Python, Hadoop) along with expert level knowledge of SQL

- Analyze data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, trend changes, and opportunities

- Use the data to prepare regular and insightful descriptive analytics reports which should show the key trends

- Experience in Population health management, Epidemiology or Health economics and outcome research (HEOR) will be a plus.

- Superior skills to effectively communicate and negotiate across the business and external health care environment. Should have ability to communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form

- US-B1 Visa Candidates preferred
