- End-to-end ownership of Project Life Cycle from conceptualization phase to rollout

- Value client commitments, act as a leader and drive the project team to success

- Work as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and build good working relationships with them

- Create, communicate and manage project plans with due consideration to budget and timelines

- Have a firm grip on project scope and an eye for spotting project risks

- Implement best practices of project management and documentation

- Extensive experience of working in Agile and related frameworks

- Track project progress on JIRA/Confluence

- Work closely with the Design Delivery Team to facilitate solutions that meet the business objectives and stakeholder expectations

- Ability to don multiple hats and lead multiple projects simultaneously

- Deliver project with minimal escalations and follow the escalation matrix diligently

Competencies:

- 5+ years of proven experience of managing and delivering IT projects

- PMP, Prince2, CSM certification preferred, but not mandatory

- Strong work ethic, team spirit and a respectful attitude

- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as a challenge

- Good verbal and written communication
