Job Description: - End-to-end product and solution delivery with focus on growing business to a large scale - Product management experience with strong stakeholder management and flair for customer relationship - Product roadmap development and working with multiple teams (R&D, Engineering, Cloud etc.) to drive the product agenda - Play an internal + external facing role in growing capabilities and delivering solutions - Must have experience of working with trending technologies like AI, ML, RPA, Cloud - Collaborate as needed with Product management, Engineering, Delivery, Business and Sales leadership - Strong experience in financial modeling and business analysis - Analytical thinking - ability to perform detailed, quantitative analysis. Synthesize and present insights and recommendation from data - Analytical and hypothesis driven problem solving approach, process and operational analysis, processing and analysis of large data set - Ability to apply industry/ domain/ technology expertise in solution development Preferred experience: - 4 to 8 years of total industry experience across one or multiple functions- Product Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Analytics/ AI etc. - At least 2+ years' experience in Product Management related role - Good understanding of business operations and AI led transformation in BPS industry - Domain/ business knowledge in one of the following industries- Insurance, Banking, F&A, HealthCare, Life sciences - Experience in financial modeling and business case development - Exposure to Data Analytics/ emerging AI technologies in driving transformation and automation - Ability to develop strong presentation and narratives that influence people to change - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly - Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
